kj99 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Formation of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kj99 platform and its users ("Members"). By using the kj99 website, app or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.2 Definitions

The terms used in these conditions carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" — the kj99 website and all related services.
• "Member" — any person registered on kj99.
• "Account" — the Member's personal gaming account.

• "Real Money" — balance deposited in actual currency (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT).

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Providing false information during registration will result in the account being closed immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kj99 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested before a withdrawal request is processed:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Relevant documents for verification of the payment method.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorised use of your account or suspicious activity to customer support immediately.

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the kj99 platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Minors are not allowed to open an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

kj99 may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. Creating an account from a restricted region will be considered a violation of these Terms and the relevant account will be closed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on kj99 will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Wagering requirement to activate the bonus: 10x (deposit + bonus).
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Wagering must be completed by placing bets on specified games.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• The same Member may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• kj99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The kj99 VIP Program has 5 tiers. Cashback benefits are provided at each tier based on regular betting volume and activity:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the Member's overall activity and regular participation on the platform. Cashback and benefits must be claimed within a specified period.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds on kj99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in the Member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals from kj99:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take 10–45 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawal from bonus balance is not possible unless the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kj99 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be temporarily suspended for investigation and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on kj99 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded to the Member's account.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, particularly cricket betting:

• Bets will be accepted at the odds set before the match starts; subsequent changes do not apply.
• If a match is abandoned, the amount of any suspended bets will be refunded.
• Betting is available on IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kj99 platform and will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Operating an account using false information or a fake identity.
• Playing games or placing bets using software, bots or any automated method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Using another Member's account or their personal information.
• Collusion (multiple players jointly adopting fraudulent strategies).

7.2 Consequences of Fraud

If fraudulent activity is detected, kj99 will immediately:

• Close the relevant account.
• Forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals.
• It will notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by kj99

kj99 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• In case of failure to provide documents for identity verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If a risk to the security of the platform is created.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. A request to close the account must be made via live chat or email. Any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be cancelled before the account is closed.
